My Services

I’m Sharan, a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #150545) and founder of SoulSync Marriage and Family, Inc. (DBA SoulSync Therapy).

As a psychosomatic therapist, I offer integrative, trauma-informed care focused on strengthening emotional regulation, expanding distress tolerance, and increasing insight into patterns that may be contributing to present challenges. My intention is to create a steady, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and support.

Let’s Connect

I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with feeling safe, supported, and understood.

If you’d like to explore working together, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation using the link below. We can connect, discuss what’s bringing you in, and thoughtfully consider next steps.

An Eclectic Range of Therapeutic Modalities I love to integrate into Client Psychotherapy Sessions:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that can contribute to distress. This approach supports practical skill-building and increased awareness so you can respond to challenges in more balanced and supportive ways.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. It can be especially supportive for individuals navigating intense emotions or feeling stuck between wanting change and wanting acceptance.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a trauma-informed approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming over time. It supports healing by allowing past experiences to be integrated in a way that reduces emotional reactivity in the present.

Attachment Theory

Attachment Theory explores how early relationships shape patterns of connection, safety, and intimacy throughout life. In therapy, this framework can support greater understanding of relational dynamics and foster more secure, meaningful connections.

Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)

The Trauma Resiliency Model is a body-based approach that focuses on increasing awareness of physical sensations to support nervous system balance. It emphasizes building internal resources and resilience while staying within a person’s window of tolerance.

Poly Vagal Theory- Informed

Polyvagal Theory helps us understand how the nervous system responds to safety, connection, and threat. This framework supports increased awareness of bodily responses and offers ways to gently cultivate a greater sense of regulation and safety.

What is a Crystal Sound Bowl Session?

A crystal sound bowl session is a private, non-clinical wellness experience designed to support relaxation and deep rest.

From the comfort of your own space, you’ll be invited to gather pillows, blankets, or any comforting items and settle in. We begin with gentle, guided breathwork to help you arrive in the present moment, followed by immersion in the layered tones of seven crystal singing bowls.

The experience is meditative and restorative, offering space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate awareness of internal sensations. Many people use these sessions as a dedicated self-care ritual, a time to pause, reset, and nourish the nervous system through sound and stillness.

These private virtual sessions create a grounded, calming container for intentional rest.
